Private Prenatal Support and Preparation In Your Home Prenatal preparation - your roadmap to Matrescense. Think of this as a class or workshop to discuss what is coming, assist with questions you may have about labor and delivery, feeding your baby, and planning for the first days or weeks.

New Mama Sessions Initial session - usually lasts 1.5-3 hours and may be split up into two discussions; one in your home and a second virtually or by phone. Postpartum problem solving - support, reassurance, sleep guidance, processing a difficult birth, sibling adjustment.

Each New Mama session includes two weeks of follow-up support through text or email and weekly phone calls.

Follow-up sessions usually last 1-2 hours and offer a follow-up, as well as support and guidance for new parenting challenges as they arise. They may be purchased as a package or individually.

New Mama Group Free, community-based group for mothers and their young babies. Developmental guidance is available, breast and bottle feeding friendly. Come meet other New Mamas and build your village! Held Weekly at the Castle Rock Public Library.

"But I have more layers. Underneath him, is me. I'm still here. Rearranged, but here. I'm still here. And I need you to remember that."
"...in the final stage of my pregnancy I said, 'I can't wait to go back to my normal self again.' Little did I know that I would never be her again. I'm a new woman, a new mum, a new life."

This is your time. I will support you where you are, as you are. I can assist you (and your partner if desired) with parenting adjustment, developmental guidance, infant sleep, and feeding -breast, bottle, or both. I am here beside you as you gain confidence in yourself.
